Teenager charged with murder
A 19-year-old has been charged with the murder of 24-year-old Richard Miskelly in Newtownards on Sunday morning and is due to appear at Ards Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
Mr Miskelly was found lying on the Bangor Road on Sunday morning, where he died from his injuries.
A second 19-year-old who had been arrested has been released unconditionally, police said.
