A second person in Northern Ireland has appeared in court charged with stalking under new legislation that came into effect at the end of April.

A 45-year-old man from the Tyrone area was charged with stalking offences against a 33-year-old woman. He appeared at Dungannon court on Friday. The Stalking Act NI 2022 received Royal Assent earlier this year.
