Burst water main closes lane of traffic in Belfast - long delays building already

Motorists are asked to be aware of a burst water main in north Belfast - which is already creating traffic mayhem.

According to TrafficwatchNI on the Shore Road "a burst water main at the junction with Mount Vernon heading out of town has taken Lane 1 out".

"All traffic being filtered through straight ahead / right turn shared Lane 2.

"This will run into the evening peak.

"Long delays already building up."
